Responsible for expanding the customer base through the development of customized system solutions for security (CCTV and Access Control System) and fire (FDAS), as well as commercial and project management. • Hospital Serra Mayor-implementation of Fire Detection Alarm, CCTV and Access Control Systems in the new building of the Hospital.

Responsible for managing Fire Fighting and Detection System projects, ensuring to meet contractual premises, including budget, time management, risk and completion. With direct and indirect staff of over 200 professionals. Main projects: • GRUAirport - implementation of FDAS (Fire Detection Alarm System) in the new Guarulhos Airport terminal TP3 with 8,000 devices points.

Responsible for managing Water/Wastewater/Sludge Treatment System and Flue Gas System projects, ensuring to meet contractual premises. Main projects: • CSN ECAs – led the project management for Water Treatment, minimizing the impact of scope modifications, on schedule and cost. • CSN LD – Led the management of the revamp of a Water Treatment plant, with an increase of the treated water production. • Samarco – Completion of the Water Treatment plant project.

Responsible for implementing the PMBOK methodology, in strategic Marketing Consulting projects, for Paper and Printing industries.

Led the management of outsourced teams, at electromechanical installation projects, in different industries and offices.

Responsible for managing internal team in project management of industrial plants - Engineering and Facilities Maintenance, Real State and utilities. • Responsible for developing new suppliers to reduce costs and improve quality. • Leadership of the 5S implementation group, with significant improvement in the aesthetic and organizational presentation of the plant.
