My responsibilities included P&L, strategic planning, key partner relations and supply chain.

My two key tasks: 1) transform the newly acquired business operations to world-class standards 2) expand Schering oncology business in China My management responsibilities included P&L, marketing strategy, sales force and distribution setup, new product introductions and supply chain.
