Andrei Vikarchuk

C++ Software developer at the Russian Macnica department. Mainly developed parts of the SDK that relates to Macnica's VIPA board. (Video Over IP Accelerator). Created demo apps that demonstrated all the board's possibilities and achievements. The demo app was featured on IBC 2018 and will be featured on NAB 2019.

Worked as a game programmer on "Hello Neighbor" game project. Implemented game designer's tasks as a game logic. Fixed game bugs reported by the testers team. Did a hard work on the game optimization. Due to the profiling and optimization ideas that I offered we were able to release the game on the consoles. Otherwise the game did not meet the strict requirements of the consoles.

The key mathematical disciplines are: Algebra, analytical geometry, mathematical and functional analysis, discrete math. The computer science related subjects are: C++, algorithms and data structures, OOP, multithreading, assembly language, computer architecture, computer graphics.

Studied academic English at the Unversity of Reading, Great Britain. Successfully passed the exams and gained a strong upper-intermediate (B2) level.
