- Technical support of national and international customers using former Bellin treasury tm5 software. - Technical installation of the software and modules for new customers. - Management and execute software system updates for customers. - Technical implementation of Coupa Treasury automation processes - Initialization of EBICS contracts, including users and order types with the online banking tool Multicash Transfer (Omikron).

Developed a mobile web application following the progressive web approach to process, analyze and transform large data sets of metal production processes, into understandable and meaningful information (reports, trends and dashboards ) for clients with the aim to speed up the decision making process.

As part of the development team, actively involved in the design of the company integrated software solutions. 1. Customize interactive charts for data visualization on web pages using HighCharts, a charting library based on JavaScript. 2. Develop SQL queries to retrieve clients data for its later presentation on the web. 3. Employ JSON for the process of parsing custom data from to HighCharts.

As part of the Cisco Communication Call Manager team troubleshooted on real time advanced IPT issues on network environments involving integrations of other Cisco collaboration suite systems, such as Unity, UCCX, UCCE, Cisco Gateways (H323, MGCP, SIP) and CTI/SCCP protocols. Helped customers with the integration of CUCM with other Third-Party systems for both IP Telephony related infrastructures, and auxiliary systems such as Microsoft AD.

As part of the Photonics and Laser Technology Laboratory of the University of Costa Rica (LAFTLA): 1. Contributed with practical procedures for the calibration of optical equipment following NIST standards for optics and photometric applications. 2. Developed two optimized procedures for obtaining the magnitude of luminous flux, radiant flux, radiant intensity and luminous intensity. 3. Built the actual photometric bench used in the laboratory for the calibration of equipment.

1. Analyzed the instrumentation and system control processes used in RECOPE S.A. to participate in the designing phase of automation projects. 2. Developed specifications and recommendations of equipment involved in the projects following API, ISA, ISO, OIML, NFPA, NEC and IEEE standards. 3. Designed piping and instrumentation diagrams. 4. Budget Planning.
