Determine the necessity of manpower based on economic efficiency and goals of the factory; Continuous improvement of working places ergonomics and consistent improvement and rationalization of work processes; Plan and implement measures to decrease prime cost of products, improve the quality and increase cost efficiency; Work in SAP (create work zones, designate materials for work zones, determine and change time consumption for production processes (routings));

Determine the necessity and perform scheduling of the necessary WH areas, human resources, vehicles, handling equipment, repairing equipment, spare parts required for the company, specially for PL needs Develop and implement new logistics methods and conceptions; Control of packaging from external suppliers, make necessary changes in case of production or optimization needs; Stewardship of Six sigma projects

Calculate standard time for assembly operations in assembling line Balance production lines for equal loading of working places; Issue lists of time consumption for working stations and the whole area, perform primary training of operating personnel on work methods as per the time consumption lists; Estimate load and volume of work at working places; Design and ergonomics of working places: Continuous improvement of working places ergonomics and consistent improvement of work
