I manage the recruitment of students and fresh graduates into F5's 12-months internship development program across EMEA. This includes creating a suitable recruitment strategy, building relationships with universities and planning engagement activities targeted at students and fresh graduates. I also support the program build-out and management of interns from a programmatic point of view. Furthermore, I am actively involved in recruitment marketing activities to improve F5's employer brand.

I was hired as the first dedicated UR recruiter in EMEA. In my current role I manage the recruitment of MBA professionals into the General Manager Development Program in EMEA and Singapore, as well as the recruitment of STEM and Operations graduates into early career development programs across Europe. Furthermore, I am part of Danaher's D&I TA subject matter experts team and help Danaher attracting more diverse talents to the company.

I built the graduate recruiting strategy and managed the recruiting for Wipro's Australian IT graduate engineer program. Furthermore, I was responsible for Wipro's brand and image on university campuses across Australia.

I recruited engineering, IT and administration professionals across all levels for contract roles within the government sector. In addition, I helped the organization to build their HR function by developing and implementing HRM initiatives like employee engagement strategy, performance management system as well as formal job descriptions and exit interviews.

During my full-time studies at CQU I was employed as peer advisor offering customer service to library visitors.

During my full-time studies at CQU I worked as international student ambassador, engaging with international students and supporting international marketing department in attracting new students.

I was responsible for planning and executing HR marketing activities and events targeted at engineering students and graduates across Switzerland. Furthermore, I supported the recruitment of engineering graduates into ABB's graduate program, supervised interns and organized and facilitated assessment centers. I also supported ABB with D&I related initiatives to attract more diverse talents to the company.

As an intern I supported the university marketing department in organising recruiting events targeted at students and graduates as well as the recruitment of engineering graduates for ABB's graduate program.

Recruiting of IT and engineering professionals into permanent placements within private industry.

As a working student I supported the staffing team in sourcing IT and engineering specialists for freelance projects.

During my internship I gained experience in general HR tasks like work permits and visa, on- and offboarding, writing reference letters and recruiting.

The Master of HRM enabled me to gain specialist education and training in the core elements of HRM applicable to local and global business environments. The course facilitated my critical evaluation of contemporary theories and developed advanced skills and knowledge in the field. The course examined HR strategy, training, recruitment, performance development, diversity management and managing change, in domestic and international business context.
