Management of International Suppliers in Electronic Area. Co-development with suppliers and internal R&D of new innovative products, and participation on request to meetings with final customers. Develop of Commodity Strategy including Costs Drivers analysis.

Purchasing Budget & Activities for the Great Britain Business Unit. Coordination of a group of 6 people to manage Parts for Alternators and Start Motors, as well as Capex and Indirect spend. After-MarketandRe-Manufacturing activities included.

Leading of Suppliers for Co-developments (with internalR&D) for new carsʼproducts. Member of inter-functional and multi-national Teams with exposure toTargetPrice-TargetCost Method. Electro-mechanics Category management: from suppliersʼselection to costs reduction activities. Suppliers Delivery Performances together with the Logistics Function.
