Mission in FRANCE TELECOM R&D. HSDPA capacity study (mobile cat., scheduler).

Mission in FRANCE TELECOM R&D Feasibility study of a femtocell network composed of mobile WiMax and after LTE femtocells in different configurations. Firstly, the study focuses on the assessment of the interference caused in between femtocells, secondly, on the interference induced on a femtocell by both femtocell and macrocell networks and thirdly, on the interference induced on a macrocell by both femtocell and macrocell networks.

Master Thesis: “Cooperative Spatial Reuse with Transmit Beamforming”. In this project we wanted to show whether or not and how a cooperative scheme could be more efficient than the WLAN’s classical TDMA-based MAC using multiple antennas. We choose to study the CSR scheme with the use of multiple antennas at the transmitter side. Concretely, we compared the performance between the traditional MRC-TDMA transmit beamforming to the ZF-CSR transmit beamforming.

Member of a project group for The 9th semester on "Cooperative Transmission: A Reality Check Using Experimental Data". In this project we have used the actual channel measurements to evaluate the performance of various cooperative algorithms. Measurements among two Access Point (AP)s and two User Equipment (UE)s, each with four antennas, in an indoor office environment has been used.
