My major role was to montage and repairing of bikes. Any kind of breakdown and regular servicing, adding to it also selling the best suitable bike according to the customer requirements.

My responsibilities were to manage and control the quality of the products along with it's assembling. The company manufactured bike chains, my major role was to quality check the parts of the chain with various dimensions and testing. Further, supervising the assembling and packaging so that the client gets the best product in terms of safety and experience.

My job roles here were to manage the human, inventory, stock and sales target for 3 departments. Also, I had a a responsibility of Customer Relationship and Happiness Management in which major roles were managing the cash flows and counter. Hiring, part time cashiers and full time employees for my store. Further, I had many additional responsibilities such as a part of operational management, event management for my Decathlon store.

Major responsibilities were stock management, sales and interaction with the customers. Also, I was the point of contact for the Logistics of my store and had a role to make tie-ups with the schools and universities. Another part was the market study of my products in order to give feedback to the brand team on the kind of products required according to their usage.

My project of manufacturing a cam shaft for a tractor working on a single cylinder engine for domestic and semi-commercial purpose. My final product was successfully completed and approved by the company, my main role was to be in direct contact with the vendor and handle all the operations at both the ends for it.
