Antonia Pförtner

I drive the recruiting activities within the myneva group with a focus on the DACH region. I support all departments such as Sales, Consulting, Customer Support, Marketing and Development/Engineering. In close cooperation with the People & Culture team and Group Marketing, I design internal and external employer branding initiatives.

I am responsible for the development of our recruiting strategy for our business unit "Software Excellence" Germany-wide. This includes regular reporting and evaluation of our recruiting progress and individual activities.

I was responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our locations in Hanover and Hamburg - I'm the process owner for the entire recruiting process. I accompany talents on their candidate journey at Zühlke, from the first contact with Zühlke in the form of a campaign, to strengthen the employer brand and for targeted lead generation, a contact at a trade fair/event or direct approach via active sourcing channels through the application and interviewing to onboarding.
