- Supporting German onshore teams in performance of audit procedures for major German Banking clients. - Deep understanding and practical experience in the following - i) Test of controls (SOX compliance). ii ) Conducting process walkthrough for significant processes of Banking clients and documentation of the same. iii) Identifying and assessing probable risks in the process. iv) Understanding internal control systems (Including IT controls) . v) Impairment analysis of loans (IFRS 9).

- Handling vendor disputes for vendors based in Germany , Czechoslovakia and Poland.( dispute management process in the Order to Cash cycle ). Communicated to the vendors predominantly in German language. - Performing root cause analysis and fix and reconciling Vendor accounts by getting in touch with Vendor Managers ( inside Amazon ) and other parties( inside and outside Amazon). - Processing payback( if necessary) using Oracle financial applications.

-Evaluating infringement claims from Rights Owners and sellers and taking appropriate actions on valid claims by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other system related tools for Amazon.de. -Suggesting process improvement ideas and contributing towards process development.
