I hold a degree in International Relations. I have more than 30 years of experience in international relations, especially with regards to EU relations and US foreign policy; strong knowledge of Project Cycle Management due to large-scale work with governmental bodies; strong communication skills and experience in diplomatic relations and policies; in-depth experience in project implementation as key expert, as project director and as contract manager of various EU-funded projects, hence management and coordination of EU Technical Assistance and R&D projects from the proposal stage to the end of implementations. I have strong hands-on experience in technical and financial coordination of the projects, proposal preparation, consortium building, expert selection and project management . I am fluent in English and Turkish and speak intermediate French.
