Responsible for overall management and coordination of EU Technical Assistance and R&D projects of the company from the proposal stage to the end of implementations. Involved in technical and financial coordination of the projects, proposal preparation, consortium building, expert selection and project management . In addition to her duties as the Director of Projects, she also held Key expert and Short Term expert positions in EU funded Technical Assistance Projects.

Support for the EU Communication Programme in Turkey" (Fee based – 1.499.000 €) aims to implement the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey's communication support programme with the purpose of increasing the public knowledge and understanding of the EU during the accession negotiation process and explaining implications of EU accession in Turkey.

Responsible for the assistance projects in Balkan Region. Preparing proposals for EU, WB, UN related projects such as the Support to the Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance (MAPAS)-Macedonia, Institutional and capacity building in employment sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Assistance to the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees in effectively managing migration Bosnia and Herzegovina, Further modernisation of the employment service agency-Macedonia etc.
