From March 2015 till November 2016, I was supporting Group Finance team at DZ Bank, Stuttgart, Germany as an interim employee during the merger with WGZ Bank, performing activities within Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Scope of responsibilities: parking, assigning and posting the invoices and credit notes, processing the receivables from customers, expense reports, reconciliation of accounts, contact point for creditors, debtors and internal departments

From November 2014 till March 2015 I was on an assignment in Hamburg, Germany, performing Accounts Receivable activities. I participated in transforming Accounts Receivable process to be migrated to Colgate Shared Service Center in Warsaw. Assignments: assigning a.posting incoming payments, issuing credit notes, calculating and posting deductions and write-offs, clearing open items, supporting team in the migration process, reconciliation of accounts, contact point for debtors and internal departments

covering seminars for PhD students: microeconomics, sociology, psyhology, philosophy, didactics, conducting seminars for students: managing commercial banks, systems of cooperative banks

Translating and interpreting from and into English and German; proof reading; Participating in administrative and organisation activities of the translation team Preparing training sessions for the translation team and English and German lessons covering banking and financial terminology for the company employees Enhancing the use of Trados Initiating contacts with the translation team in the parent company Initiating regular in-company trainings for the translation team

Liaising with corporate, private clients, translation agencies and freelancers Acquisition of new clients Negotiating contracts, Sourcing freelancers and negotiating rates as required Organising projects from start to finish, including the trafficking of material between client and freelancer (supplier), and daily communication with both parties Managing workflow to ensure projects are completed on a timely basis, within budget Processing invoices Marketing, advertising activities

Conducting practical classes of translating legal and economic texts and Explaining, introducing and implementing the rules of sworn translation for legal purposes Practical training of focused browser search and computer software use in the field of translation, such as OCR, CAT- tools, with main focus on TRADOS Evaluating and assessment of the students’ progress on regular basis

• Liaising with the overseas clients of the company • Negotiating contracts, copyrights, closing deals • Selecting suitable freelance translators according to their skill set and rates • Organising DVD editing projects • Managing workflow to ensure projects are completed on a timely basis • Overseas business trips • Cooperation with the Marketing, IT, Printing, Graphics and Logistics Departments
