•Processes responsibilities which include Plastic Injection, Thermoforming, Assembly, and Polyurethane. • Increase the number of products (refrigerator&refrigartor parts) per shift and monthly. •Increase productivity and decrease man-hours on a product •Improve production process and product quality. •Decrease the scrap ratio •Upgrade TPM Levels (5S, Kaizen, Autonomous Maintenance, etc.)

•Production Engineer in Plastic Production Team. •Processes responsibilities which include Plastic Injection, Thermoforming, Assembly, and Polyurethane (51 injection machines from 420 tons to 1300 tons, 3 thermoform machines, 1 Polyurethane RIM Process). •Increase the number of products (refrigerator&refrigartor parts) per shift and monthly. •Increase productivity and decrease man-hours on a product •Improve production process and product quality. •Decrease the scrap ratio •Upgrade TPM Levels

•Processes responsibilities which include Plastic Injection Area & Assembly Line. •8 injection machines from 90 tons to 400 tons. Manufacturing of small house appliances' parts such as kettles, tea makers, coffee makers, iron, and fans. •Lean production, Upgrade TPM Levels (5S, Kaizen, Autonomous Maintenance)
