Developed projects, market strategies and analyses, as well as conducted market research and stakeholder management for a large-scale industrial R&D center qualified with AS9100 Aerospace Quality Certification and ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation. The center has state-of-the-art technology including Coriolis AFP machines, autoclaves, ovens, Zünd Prepreg cutting machines and RTM and vacuum infusion systems. Polymer and metal based additive manufacturing and technologies are also available.

Led and executed one project in Flexible electronics, seven projects in Tire cord fabric and processes. Coordinated three different laboratories and four different production departments with a team of 4 technicians. Participated in research group for new areas (sustainable materials, functional chemicals and new processes) in line with Company’s Advanced Material Strategy. Completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and applied Agile Project Management techniques.

Responsible for all customer-oriented product development projects and supporting sales and marketing for technical training, quotation, passive sales and project management. In technical aspect, carrying out reinforcement fabric designs (Glass and Carbon fiber based Non-Crimp Fabrics), composite part production and composite material testing studies.
