• Managed an annual budget of €3M with an overall responsibility for more than 8.000 end users. • Managed with diverse complexity small and midsized projects full life cycle. • Organized complex goals into specific tasks, identified structures, relationships, and dependencies. • Undertook the management and leadership of three teams - twenty-five directly and more than fifty personnel indirectly. • Implemented the standardization and cyber defense.

• A strategic Project Management role, responsible for an annual capital budget of €30M. • Managed, among other responsibilities, 24 major projects which included District facilities such as road infrastructure, agriculture, and IT projects (Document Management System, e-Archive, e-Cadaster/ Land Registry, Public Property Management System, etc.). • Responsible of the coordination of a team of 12 managers with associated business units.
