Led the establishment of GBS in Krakow in 2019 driving finance global template design-to-deploy, including the migration of 45 FTEs of AP, AR, GA processes from 5 European countries to Krakow. In 2020, I worked together with BU CFOs to deliver the finance transformation business case, scope, sourcing, and timeline. Furthermore, I've designed GBS' communication and change management strategy to support the delivery of GBS' strategic goals.

I led one of the finance transformation projects with an emphasis on improving the end-2-end intercompany reconciliation process, the design and deployment of a KPI dashboard. The project delivered successfully, global intracompany policy, fully transparent, standardized process reducing associated overtime by 50%, and a road-map design for further technological enhancement.

I held a senior operational role in the delivery team servicing the mining giant Rio Tinto responsible for month-end closing, consolidation, and reporting activities. I led Oracle to SAP migration and process improvement projects with an emphasis on robotics that delivered 7% year-to-year cost-saving. Worth to note, I won the nomination of IBM's manager choice twice!

As a management consultant, I delivered an all-round business assessment to support the leadership with a badly needed restructuring plan also building a vision and a strategy to drive a turn around to profit successfully delivering 15% yearly cost savings.

I worked with senior stakeholders such as country delegates and ministers, the journey had me a step closer to perfection in presentation, communication, and stakeholder management. Also, elevate my capabilities to read market conditions build assessments, and translate them into strategic directions delivering analysis on the energy market and macroeconomic forecast for the top 10 African economies.

I joined the graduate program in group finance. The rotation kicked off with general ledger activities achieving successful delivery of month-end activities. Afterward, I joined the reporting department, delivering half-year financial performance analysis to the senior management team; I also led a project to standardize and optimize the financial operating procedures.
