    In this position, I was responsible for Customer Support, Maintenance, Modification, Repair, and Upgrade Programmes on the fleet of Dornier 328 Jet and Prop aircrafts. I have led various programmes with involved departments such as Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Custo. Support, Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales with a yearly budget of 60+ M€. I was acting as an interface to the customer (e.g.: US AirForce, Private Wings) with a direct reporting to the Vice President of Programmes

    Leading a multi-functional team (25 FTE supported by external work package in the frame of Technical Change Management & Version Integration) within Single Aisle Center & Aft Airframe. In this area the team was responsible for managing the end-to-end change implementation and Engineering deliverables on all Single Aisle Center & Aft Airframe (Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Systems) with a yearly budget of 90+ M€. In this position I had reported (TCQ) to the Head of Engineering Integration.

    Responsible for the APQP deployment and methodology development within the Airbus Cabin organization in the role of an APQP Master. In parallel, I have been the responsible Programme Quality focal point and APQP Leader for A350XWB Step 7 with a budget of ~90 M€. In this field I had to manage and secure the milestone reviews along the development process for cabin modules. In this position I had reported (TCQ) to the Head of Programme.

Within this project I had the disciplinary lead of project teams with 2 internal employees supported by external project managers and operational lead of 40 engineers incl. external work packages (50 FTE). In this position I had reported (TCQ) to the Head of Engineering.

    Disciplinary lead of a development team (Design, Static & Fatigue) with 45 employees incl. operational lead of external work packages (30 FTE) with a budget of 8 M€ p.a. Within this team I was responsible for the management of all interfaces on the Premium AEROTEC A350XWB structure work packages (Section 13/14 & Section 18/19 shells and floors). In addition, I was responsible for the development of the A350XWB structure repair manual. In this position I have reported (TCQ) to the Head of Engineering.

    Operational lead of 90 offshore and 40 onsite engineers incl. additional cross functional departments at CADES Bangalore. Within this position my main mission was to secure the transfer of work packages to a low-cost supplier offshore. I managed the setup of an offshore team incl. the installation of an Airbus compliant IT landscape. In parallel, I have established engineering processes and installed a quality check department.     DMU-COORDINATOR A350 S13/14

    Within the Airbus A350 development project I was leading the retirement of the Premium AEROTEC internal VPM system and implementation of the Airbus toolset. During the deployment I was responsible for the development of DMU and product structure processes and the infrastructure setup. I secured the completeness, clash freeness and interface management of the A350 Section 13/14 and took the operational lead of a DMU team incl. external work packages. In this position I had reported to the Head of Engineering

    SSCI Manager LR FAF

    After harmonizing the roles within integration FAF and Cabin my role changed from DMU-VI to SSCI. Within this role my focus changed to the deployment of a FAF DMU platform in cooperation with all interface departments and the implementation of "3D as Master" within FAF engineering departments. Further I was the responsible SSCI for all complex customer versions (e.g.: LUFTHANSA, ETIHAD, EMIRATES, etc.) and A330 - 200M (KC45) within the FAF organization.

    In this project an integration team had to be setup within the Long Range Forward and Aft Fuselage (FAF) development. In addition to that I had to secure DMU on FAF sections, in accordance with all relevant technical definitions (RFC, TRS, MOD/MP).

    During the Data Migration projects a decision to increase the offshoring led to a high volume of data transfer worldwide. I was responsible within P3-Digital Services to develop and establish a data transfer with worldwide customers and suppliers. To speed up the transfer from Asia, I established a data transfer and quality department at P3 India. I was responsible for the DIN ISO 9001 and 9100 certifications in the frame of engineering data transfer, quality and CAD/PDM solutions with worldwide suppliers

    Engineer Long Range goes 3D/Data Migration

    I started my development within the Airbus A330/A340 Data Migration project with the migration of CCD drawing sets into CATIA 3D. After a short development phase as a specialist on primary and secondary structure my main task was to setup a quality check and establish a data management team (worldwide data transfer, quality check, follow-up and customer handover).
