Manage the Quality and R&D team of Manisa & Gebze plants. Execution of incoming quality, supplier quality & improvement, calibration, laboratory, process quality and final quality control activities. Management Quality System requirements and customer complaints & relationship. Plans and proposes quality budget, and decides allocation of related financial and personnel resources, within given limits

Manage the quality departments. Develop and execute annual quality goals and objectives that align with overall company goal and long-term strategic concerns. Setup ISO 9001/APQP4Wind certification and maintain adherence to the quality system as a lead auditor. Driving launch readiness activities in pre-production by ensuring that all relevant APQP milestones are met contributing to final process and product release (PPAP). Assist Quality Director to maintain the quality system operations.

Create and implement the concept of Quality Management System throughout Vi-Manisa /Turkey plant (ISO 9001 responsible). Customer Complaint Management. Drive and coordination of quality activities for field and plant actions. Field returns analysis & evaluation. Coordination & Moderation of risk assessment processes (System FMEAs, Design FMEAs & Process FMEAs). Preventive and detective failure management during product creation phase. Management of Project Quality Activities.

Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system. Support Project management processes and ensure the required product quality for flawless launch. Lead and support relevant PPAP, APQP, FMEA works also continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, SPC and lean methods. Utilize problem solving tools and techniques to contribute solution of internal quality problems.

Integration and installation of the new machines in the production line. Preparation of PFD, PFMEA and Control Plans for the new machines and equipments. Analyze potential process optimizations for the assembly and production line -Plan and follow-up the engineering product development projects. Lead and review the design studies. Lead technical issue resolution for products and manufacturing, when necessary. Contribute to multifunctional teams for various improvement, development, change activities

Monitoring and supervision of project execution, scheduling and cost control. Preparation of subproject plans and -schedules in the context of factory planning. Fine planning (general assembly line, plant layout, all equipments and scaffolding necessary for the Krone-Dogus plant in Izmir/Turkey). Analyze potential process optimizations for the assembly and production line. Conduct cost analysis and cost estimates as a basis for the evaluation of offers and price negotiations.
