Part time job as sales assistant and fashion advisor in the store; being brand representative and individual service for customer’s needs to generate sales in store. The daily activities also included store- & storage- management.

Main role: product- & process-developer for chocolate malt beverage powder. - Formulation of recipes from lab scale until applied for industrial production, define operational standardization, process parameter set up, quality finished product- & sensory-specifications, and validate shelf life of new product, - Recipe cost improvement - Support on process performance to increase production output and problem solving - Support on various technology development of global projects initiation from R&D

24 months’ trainee program gave a comprehensive insight about the organization and business process in the food industry, including leadership & technical competencies. Technical tasks: - Losses reduction on Chocolate Milk Powder production, especially with agglomeration technology, - Conduct mass balance in finding losses in sterilized liquid milk production, - Enhance TPM implementation in filling/ packing line ‘’Bag in Box’’, hence asset intensity increases.

- Conduct class teaching with curriculum alignment, - Arrange student music performance.

One semester exchange program from Erasmus Mundus scholarship with major on food technology.

Two years master program study focused on Organic agriculture production, including plantation system, animal products and agricultural social condition
