Birgitte Christensen

As head of design for this company, my job is to oversee all design aspects for the company; graphic, fashion, and exhibition/interior design for all events and festivals we participate in. I work as a graphic designer, creating various types of artwork for smartphone covers and accessories, fliers, posters, brochures, and business cards. Product managing is also part of the daily work.

I design and hand make jewelry for young adults and up, plus unisex jewelry suitable for men.

Designed accessories: My task was to design bags, belts and wallets for clients and amend my designs until the finished project was as they requested. I also worked as a product manager, purchasing materials as well as finished products, requesting and overseeing the results of items from suppliers, mostly in China.

Worked as a team player in a high fashion clothing boutique. Planned fashion shows and events to promote store, and organized the launch of their website. Assisted in clothing and accessory purchases from visiting sellers.

Worked as an assistant designer along the side of a freelance designer.

Work experience, helping employees with graphic design projects and advertisement for the company’s clients.

Assist high-end clientele with fashion and color coordination needs to fit body type and ethnic diversity using all language skills. Assist with creating window display and color design for various seasons.

Assisted with the designs of custom knit tops and sweaters for seasonal wear. Attended fairs for trend research and material purchases.
