Product Manager of the Consumer Card Inclusive Banking segment. This role involved the management of the existing credit card portfolio and the creation/development of a new credit card. The position required me to understand/manage all aspects of the business and allowed me to deal with all stakeholders within the banking industry to achieve the banks/portfolios goals and targets.

Consumer Card Management Information System Analyst which required me to source/code specific data for different marketing campaigns and also to monitor/analyse/present the success of each campaign. This position allowed me to work directly with the marketing team and influence the direction the marketing campaigns would go for the different credit card portfolios.

Placed in Consumer Card as a product analyst for the Achiever(lower income), Prestige(middle income) and Elite(upper income) Credit Card portfolios. The position allowed me to analyse the card business from all aspects including processes, regulations, finances, marketing, administration, compliance, credit, fraud, collections etc.

Graduate: Completed a project in Personal Investment Products, analysing the portfolio and developing recommendations. Accredited as a Customer Contact Centre – General Banking agent. Received training on all saving, transactional and investment products. Completed a project in Private Banking which involved the analysis and mapping of all the different processes. A specific skill gained during this period was AURIS process mapping.

This programme puts the interns through intensive training (mini MBA) of 3 weeks and then places them into the bank to complete a project. During the project phase I was nominated as project manager and oversaw 2 additional projects.
