As Team lead I handle the technical oriented tasks and dispatch them to the team for execution. I coordinate with the Product Owner and the Scrum master to assure the success of the project. I also take part in the development for features that require help so the deadline can be reached safely. I set up workflow processes and introduce new project management. I also evaluate the cost and the benefits of introducing new technologies in a project.

I was responsible of the building and maintenance of various web projects, websites or applications using popular open source frameworks: • Understanding requirements and converting them into clear specifications. • Developed CMS custom modules based on the clients specific needs and implementing the best practices. • Deployment and maintenance of the module/system developed. • Provided technical support for website under maintenance contract. • Identifying and correcting software bugs and deficiencies.
