• Providing second line support to the EMEA customers for Nokia IP platforms: 7950 XRS, 7750 SR, 7450 ESS and 7705 SAR, 7210 SAS. • Collaborating with SMEs to find a permanent solution to customer issues. • Reproducing the problems reported by the customer in the local NOKIA lab. • Actively attending meetings and creating root cause analysis reports for critical tickets. • Preparing training and technical workshops on complex customer issues and new features.

• Communicating with customers, giving regular updates about their problems, providing detailed Root Cause Analysis. •Collaboration with software engineering team to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective. • Performing functional tests on both real time systems and lab environment for patches developed by design team. • Attending meetings and reporting to the executives of the company in Business Critical problems.

I have received my master-degree as a computer engineer which I have investigated SDN automation and optimization in transport networks for 5G readiness as a final thesis project.
