Worked as a facilitator during the conceptualization stage and prototyping of the innovation program of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce using the Design Thinking methodology. Additionally, I also worked with the pharmaceutical; Abbvie to improve the customer experience of patients with Hepatitis C, who use one of their drugs daily.

Redesigned the law service provided by PAIIS (Program of Action for Equality and Social Inclusion) a clinical Law Faculty from the Universidad de los Andes using the Design Thinking methodology.
