Responsibilities include social media management for all SmartBear and individual product profiles, metrics management for the Corporate Communications department, creating written and graphic content for use on the SmartBear blog, and updating the website with recent news. Additionally, I assist with the planning and execution of SmartBear events including local meet ups, monthly all-company meetings and the annual user conference, SmartBear Connect.

Responsibilities included creating promotional materials, updating the website and blog, researching new sustainability methods and best practices and managing reimbursement procedures for the Eco-Reps program.

Worked with the New Release team to market Universal Studios films being released for home entertainment. Responsibilities included: creating marketing guidelines, organizing financial roll ups, giving competitor analysis presentations to the New Release team, creating social media usage guidelines, and assisting with creative decisions for key art, etc.
