- Prioritization and escalation of potential risks endangering of reaching the defined milestones - Optimization of production processes in regards to industrial relevance - Coordination und monitoring of outstanding work of external suppliers

- Monitoring, steering and completion of outstanding work for the German work-share during the cabin installation phase as well of coordination of additional outstanding work resulting from flight or ground tests - Quick solutions of blocking points in close collaboration with different departments in order to reach the organizational targets or milestones - Attending the international Aircraft Management Team and Flightline Meetings and representing the aircraft status in the Quality Gate Reviews

- Processing of input data (electrical & mechanical installations) as well as systematic monitoring of delivery dates of internal and external suppliers - Support management and interface function to design office, manufacturing engineering, production and quality assurance in order to find the best suitable economical and technical solutions - Coordination of work packages in the junction areas and escalation of time-critical delivery dates

- Interdisciplinary function of an international team of ten employees - Material scheduling and movement as well as responsible person for the logistics nearby the aircraft - Controlling and monitoring of deliveries and ensuring on-time material availability - Tracking delivery dates and if required taking measures in order to improve late deliveries - International exchange with suppliers, participating at production meetings and reporting to the management

- Dealing with personnel issues of the British aircraft electricians, mechanics and fitters deployed for the manufacturing start of the A380 in Hamburg - Language support to ensure clear communications between the German and the British employees concerning their tasks and responsibilities in the A320, A340 and A380 program; also interface function to HR - Interpreting at training courses and translating training course documents and exam papers - Translation of documents subject to documentation
