Changjian Zheng

Responsible for assisting in the coordination of international shipments and customs clearance. Estimated shipping charges and communicated cost and documentation requirements to exporters and importers. Developing relationships with customers to realize new business and continuously communicate shipment status. Worked closely with international logistics team at CEVA to help normalize relationships with Chinese customers.

Developed instructional plans and led the English department which included five other English teachers. Focused on students’ growth and monitoring in four aspects: listening, reading, writing and speaking. Developed customized supplementary resources to overcome problem areas. Supported school recruiting efforts by establishing relationships with families of prospective students and nurturing their interest in bringing those students to learn at the school.
