• Financial Management of the local company in Greece, 2 subsidiaries located in Cyprus and Jordan, a Regional IT Service Center and four participations (2 Entities in Food LAB Sector, 1 Entity in Vocational Training Sector and 1 CSOC Entity) - FTE: 250 in the region of responsibility. • Finance Control of international projects in Middle East Area (Pakistan, Jordan, Egypt). • Active Participation in M&A projects. • Management reporting (P&L reports per BU, Cash Flow, KPI’s, Variance Analysis).

• Credit management and cash collection of approx. 1500 active Customers – Debt values approx. 100 M E. • Ageing reporting of four business sectors. • Cash flow planning and cash collection reporting. • Receivable accounting (Bank reconciliations, bad debt analysis, provisions and write offs). • Cooperation with bank institutes and local audit firms. • Organize the monthly sales of receivables to Siemens Financial Services GmbH. • Implement an internal system of financial controls.

• Management reporting of six Business Units (P& L, Variance Analysis, Cash Flow Planning). • Financial maintenance, monitoring and coordination of local and international contracts with total yearly contract value of approx. 20 M Euro (Installation, After Sales Support of EWSD switches in Greece, Romania and Armenia). • Cost controlling of each order and annual calculation of the technician man hour costs. • Financial assistance to contract department and to the Managing Board
