Finalize budgeting, forecasting, and cashflows. Responsible for annual financials audit and statutory accounts reporting. Responsible for financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and perform variance analysis actual vs forecast. Manage company tax affairs and its compliance.

Assisting in monthly & annual closing. Analytical review of expenses and insurance policies. Monitoring of IC mechanisms, responsible for IC reconciliation. Vendor management. Price and terms negotiations. Review of A/P records and monitoring and assurance process before payments. Review of AR & invoice-wise reconciliation with clients. Coordination with a tax consultant for filing and reviewing monthly WHT deductions. Prepare fixed asset register & Capitalized asset as per IAS 16 requirements

Ensuring the business adheres to policies, procedures, legislation, and regulation. Performing operational and Financial audits where needed. Supervised team for review and finalization of observation. Analytical review of expenses and insurance policies. Preparation of Comparative and analysis of Variances thereof Payroll Audit. Half-yearly / Annual stock verification

Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements. Assisting in monthly & annual closing. Payroll-related payments and their verification. Maintain monthly reports of capital expenditures & accruals. Check, verify, and process local suppliers' payments and deposits. Processing of advance payments to vendors. Ensure correct deduction of Withholding Taxes on Payments
