Full responsibility for relations with private customers ; Actively involved in export and project financing projects ; Initiated quarterly study reports on Chinese economy, highly appreciated by corporate clients ; Meetings with Local Authorities (Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu) and with corporate clients ; Provided cover for the representatives of BNP Shanghai and BNP Guangzhou during their annual leave (3 weeks each).

Responsible for proactively delivering business and financial advice to clients. Excels at needs discovery and solution development. Coordinates the relationship clients and service team respecting and reinforcing role clarity to deliver on the client needs. Ability to recognize both business and personal needs of these clients in order to leverage the expertise of Rover groups.
