° Developed component blueprint module, which helped customers during downtime by taking periodic application snapshots and comparing with old cones to diagnose and fix problems. Use AJAX, JSP, JSF, and Javascript. ° Developed Reporting module of the product, which later became the most used customer feature to generate information, in various forms and formats, about the system configuration and configuration changes. Used Core Java, JSP, CSV/HTML using XSL.
