In parallel to my role as project manager I own the role as innovation to market business process expert. In this function I am responsible for the maintenance of the global innovation process landscape, the patent portfolio, the global innovation project portfolio as well as for global innovation controlling.

As technology representative I was responsible for programming and leading innovation projects for the after-market business. Besides introductions of new products, cost value engineering and quality improvement projects have been conducted under my control.

As integral project manager for automotive head lighting lamp factories I have worked on global projects ranging from the field of industrialization, production efficiency, supplier management, and introduction of product innovations towards organizational optimizations.

As development engineer I was responsible for the development of deposition processes of nanostructured semiconductor materials applied on glass substrates. Besides process development, the definition and integration of new mass production equipment in production facilities was realized.
