Give support and advice to the board and general management with regards to the strategical orientation for the company. Bring KPIs and analysis to support the decision making process always focusing on costs, P&L and cashflow optimisation. Lead the budgeting process and the monthly, quaterly and yearly financial data repporting activities. Identify opportunities and threats and forecast the potential impact on the company profitability. Improve financial information system.

Product controller for one of the main product line in the DS Division : ~70% of local plant revenues. Key partner for the production local and group general management with regards to the financial information. Production costs follow-up. Report and present financial results as well as the action plans to the general management. follow-up of new investments and start of production costs (~18Mio.$ investment between 2005 and 2009) Lead and moderate workshops on critical production points.

Design, review and/or optimize financial processes (GAAP : I AS - IFRS, HGB). Analyze clients needs, and functional specifications (chart of account, balance, reporting tools). Design concepts for the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems and create reporting tools for internal and external audit. Project costs follow-up (~13 Mio.$ per year), reporting to project managers and to the steering committee.

Plan and follow-up R&D costs (20 Mio $), Budget controlling (annual operating plan, rolling financial forecast), Revenue analysis. Develop and set in place reporting and key process indicators, Implement a ISO 9001-2000 framework for the controlling activity.
