• Design and implement geographic data management systems. • Performed Oracle database maintenance, upgrade, and organization tasks. • Analyzed and recommended software and hardware enhancements to various departments within the county, as well as outside organizations to increase productivity and workflow management. • Performed hazard analysis based on multiple sources of information, using statistical data and logical decision making to assist in the establishment of the County Emergency Ops Plan.
