Increased Satellite Access Equipment coverage 40% by training 30 personnel during comprehensive, training exercise covering 4 work centers. Set up, operated and maintained communications network and trained personnel to operate and repair multiple systems in multiple modes. Enhanced knowledge and qualification by 30% by teaching theory and concepts during on the job training at 50-person work center.

Operated and maintained MIST (1 & 2) and TIBS terminals in South Korea to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) information supporting national and theater wide reconnaissance missions. Installed, maintained and supported fiber optic networks spanning 10 miles. Averted potential international incident by replacing malfunctioning UHF Radio Transceiver and quickly restoring pilot communications.

Operated and maintained various terminals (AN/GSC-52, AN/FSC-78, SCTIS, SCAMP, and MILSTAR) to provide vital information and support high-priority DoD users. Created comprehensive Satellite Equipment Reporting (SER) flowchart to increase knowledge of how to properly perform the task while simultaneously reducing the time and effort required to complete the reports.
