As Marketing Manager for Peppermill Interiors I had a team of two junior staff. While there I undertook an analysis driven review of activity performance which allowed the company to focus a limited marketing budget on activities and marketing which offered a better return on investment. This transformation has resulted in a reversal of a downward performance trend, and is now seeing year on year growth.

My role at Getac, a supplier of ruggedised computers to public and private sector customers, involved supporting European colleagues with content in a range of different media across several languages. In my last couple of years there, I was the creative lead for product launches and also developed thought-leadership content, including infographics and social media articles, based on industry focused research which has been deployed via the new Eloqua marketing automation platform and social media.
