• Planned capacity for Exatron Handler conversion kit to meet production loading for constrained handlers to support Massively/ Very Delinquent Orders (MDO/VDO). • Managed a team of four (4) planners, handling Final Test indirect materials and handler spare parts, and supported the Shipping department’s third-party logistics (3PL) through drop and direct shipments.

• Spearheaded web-based Material Planning site for more effective team planning, management visibility on historical usage and issuance, holding cost inventory, and quarterly budget assessment.

• Spearheaded web-based material requisition system that improved inventoryt accuracy by 60% and increased operator’s efficiency by 30%. Reduced one (1) headcount requirement for warehouse.

• Implemented JEDEC tray recovery program that yielded ~$378k cost avoidance on its first year. • Integrated Early Engagement of material requirements to Asia Factory operation’s New Product Introduction (NPI) to resolve material stock-outs. • Resolved HPQC Escalation System issues for General Receiving which is an integral part of Procure-to-Pay Cycle to ensure On-Time payment to vendors.
