Currently Associated with PT Pricol Surya Indonesia as Plant Head Operation. Driving the Operation with continuous process improvement/ Business Development/ Plant Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Supply Chain Management/ Recruitment and Retention of employee /New product development/ Capex & budget/ Inventory Management/ EBITDA/ Health and Safety.

-Operation management of the organization with systematic approach and achieve KPI as per financial target. - Actively seeks out opportunities for business development, revenue generation and strategic partnerships. - New machinery selection and qualification, introduction of SMED concept, tool selection, interaction with customer for tech review and closure, cutting tool selection and approval of process -Systematically cultivate and maintain long term collaborative relationship with key management .

- Responsible for operation of Machine shop and assembly shop. - Define a methodology for -Efficient process of Production, PPC, Dispatch (Deburring & Packing area), Outsourcing, Inventory Management, and Efficient Working Capital Management - Machine capacity planning with respect to invoicing plan and take necessary actions; in- house/outsourcing - Constant review the quoted cycle times per job Vs actual cycle times and take required actions (drive them within the organization)

Operation Excellence-- • Review 4M (man, material, method, and machine) as per process standard. • Implement and monitor the Lean culture in factory & train team members. • Organising continuous improvement culture by Kaizen and reward / awards. • Organise the training (Lean /QC Tools /Kaizen/ Preventive Maintenance /AM /Continuous improvement) for team members with including new comers. • Monitor the system performance with different audit level & share report to Management

-Operate the different type of machine - press shop and grinding shop. -Check the quality of product and verify it with quality for FPPO. -Machine preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance with help of maintenance team. - Coolant replacement of the machine with define frequency and maintain the PH - Weekly report submit to the production manager. - Monitor the consumable required for the machine
