→ Act as single point of contact for questions related to Bitdefender customers on delicate feedback → Coordinate all incidents and propose retention plan → Monitor the work of the Customer Care representatives and propose quality improvement plans

→ Offer technical support and respond to client inquiries through Live Assistance, email and phone → Handle Helpdesk tickets and work flow → Maintain a high degree of knowledge about company products, policies and procedures

→ Make samplings and promotions based on a previously established methodology → Fulfill merchandising activities according to the company’s and client’s standards → Online reporting to the company and to the client

→ Approach and contact people to participate as respondents in the survey or project → Conduct interviews over the telephone or face to face → Ask a set of scripted questions and record responses on a device or questionnaire
