Senior Business analyst within Nordic team, supporting Cards and Loans release projects as well as process improvement projects. Use of extensive experience of the VisionPlus (locally ECS+) platform and business processes to support the business in their product enhancements. Recently also Conversion Consultant with other ProSwift Systems team members delivering a on-time and high technical standard 5-month Norway Card conversion project.

Co-Director and Owner of PG Conversions Limited, a company specialising in Data conversion projects. Initially focussing on large mainframe systems and the VisionPlus product the company has experience of a number of high-profile data conversion projects providing an end-to-end solution using their own developed tools and methodology.

Business Analyst and Data Conversion consultant on full launch of VisionPlus at GE Money in Latvia. The project involved working from the first business requirements stage until the live implementation and data conversion. The highly successful data conversion and reconciliation was carried out using methodology and tools brought in with ProSwift Systems.

Both Business Analyst and Project Manager during several projects at HFC Bank / HSBC. These projects included migration on to Version 8 of VisionPlus (WHIRL), Conversion of StoreCards from legacy system to VisionPlus and launch of new cards in Eastern Europe.

Business Implementation Manager on new card launch in Sweden with bank acquired by CitiFinancial in the Nordic region. This role inovlved putting together new operations processes within the business for supporting both Issuing and some Acquiring processes. Additionally some functions were outsourced to the Citibank Service centre in Barcelona and these processes also needed to be put in place.

Systems Anlayst supporting and team leading CardPac projects for GZS (now First Data). This included working on the CardPac to Advantage migration (decommission) and also on the Loyalty Card platform including both Issuing and Acquiring processing.

UAT Test Manager for 2 country (Belgium and Germany) Euro migration projects. These concurrent projects were managed on a split-site basis with a team of up to 15 testers in each country. A very tight (and fixed) timeline project was delivered with minimal errors and included full conversion of the Cards VisionPlus database.

Worked on the delivery team and UAT testing support for the CardPac Credit card migration to Euro. This was a highly successful project which was implemented with a level of quality and to the fixed deadline set by the Euro migration timelines.
