This job included close collaborations with sales, sales forecast discussions, sales compensation plan and revenue recognition In December 2002 Rational Software was acquired by IBM and in Italy the integration was concluded in July 2003. During this period I was responsible for resources integration maintaining the contacts and stipulating the agreements with HR IBM and the unions.
