▪ Business analysis for e-prior, e-invoicing projects within DIGIT ▪ L.I.M: Check and approve (or refuse) the request for budget from other units in DIGIT or from other DG’s; ▪ Financial Initiating Agent: invoice, credit note processing, sign new specific contracts with the suppliers; -R.A.L/R.A.P (Reste à liquidé/ Reste à payer) analysis

▪ Administration of The Global Envelope of DG DIGIT; ▪ Moving the budget allocated from/to different accounts using ABAC Workflow and Syslog DG; ▪ Forecast of the budget allocation for the years 2012 and 2013; ▪ Meetings with the Head of Units from all the units within the DG in order to establish the budget needs;
