Low latency and high availability composite ticker provider service. Mr. Urosu has implemented the main service framework and threading model and also he built a heartbeat monitor service. ( SAS C++ framework very similar to other SOA). The paralelization of the ticker processing was developed from scratch by Mr. Urosu and is the core of the BGN service. (Unix, C++, STL, PTHREADS, XML, TCP/UDP, scripting); various other work for the "Curves and Cubes" team having to do with vanilla and basis IR swaps.
