Deployed $20 million USD worth of manufacturing equipment and tooling to support high-volume manufacturing of six (6) new and relocated product lines in China – each averaging around 20 people – accounting for $53.5 million USD of annual sales to strategic customers such as Nokia, Cisco, Huawei, IBM and HP.

Provided a clear development plan for easy, efficient DSP feature expansion by producing the functional specs for the Next Gen DSP telephony platform. Ensured that the voice processing core handled both voice and data (MPLS) by developing algorithms to auto-detect either voice or data on ISDN bearer channels.. Saved 100's of hours of debugging and maintenance time for the DSP platform. Detected 100% of all functional defects for the DSP telephony platform.

Produced the initial draft of the system specification for the flagship product, an IP-based fixed broadband, low-frequency (MMDS) wireless system. Ensured the development of a carrier-class worthy fixed broadband wireless system by establishing the concept for a Radio Management System. Delivered the radio manager system on-time within budget.

(M/A-COM is a pioneer in microwave and radio frequency (RF) technology.) Enabled RF engineers to develop a digital radio/antenna, and ensured high-quality radio manufacturing by executing all software activities required for the development of a 2.4 GHz discrete-sequence spread spectrum radio.

Added features to existing voice decoding platforms, and resolved software errors and customer issues.

Integrated/upgraded navigation simulations in several full-flight trainers internationally, including a China Eastern Airlines trainer in Shanghai (1995-11/1996-04).
