started as a 3Weeks Vacation Replacement and ended with a longer assignment in order to re-structor the entire Administration Department within the Hotel Team. Set up standards and Procedures for the Hotel Operation, set up Hotel Manuals, Train co-workers and implement all new Standards and procedures.

Building up the entire Administration, setup of Hotel-Manuals incl. Process for Clearance, Accounting and Reporting to the Head office. Setup of IT Systems such as booking, account and Inventory/ Material Management systems Micros and Fidelio Network. Recruiting/selection of new Crew, Crew Trainings. (242 Passengers, 50 Crew) Quality & acceptance Inspections of several areas within the Hotel department during the new build process.
