Support APAC Projects Team in ensuring projects are planned and executed within scope of the contract, on time and within budget with focus on project related activities in Europe Ensure that all involved departments understand their scope and time schedule (Sourcing, Production, Logistics, SCQ, R&D, LCE, Finance) Ensure that all critical parts / works are ordered and delivered correctly, e.g. accessories, tools, NC parts, documentation, etc. SCM for one large scale project in AUS and three JP projects

Ensure the project-specific scope for Ex works delivery with regard to time and quality Coordinate material availability compared to project demand dates Define mitigation measures caused by missing or wrong delivered parts. Organize trouble shouting.

Support the local Project Management to deliver the project in time, budget, quality and with Zero HSE incidents Order materials and services for the windfarm, follow up on purchase and deliveries to site incl. Communication with external suppliers and site crew Customer invoicing, Data Maintenance in SAP, Process incoming invoices
