Highlights & Milestones: • Building out HR related functions by location and profession (Talent Acquisition, People Ops etc.) to meet the needs of a fast-growing (75 -> 170) and agile organization • Using OKRs to evaluate, prioritize and drive strategic initiatives related to Employer Brand and Employee Experience, New Work, diversity & inclusion, leadership development etc.

Reporting to Founders (CEO/CCO) to lead global HR function and team for a prime digital agency with 60+ staff located in Germany, China, Singapore and U.S. Highlights & Milestones: • Establishing HR function as strategic and operational business partner of all stakeholders to advise and consult on all staff-related matters. • Driving, initiating and improving HR processes and structures to align with company strategy and ensure HR works best for the organization and its members.

Reporting to CEO, part of Senior Management team that built and developed the company. Leading team of 2 and responsible for full HR services and recruiting staff: • Setting up full HR function for targeted staff of 200+, incl. C&B, performance management, employee & candidate databases, HRIS. • Recruitment, selection & on-boarding of staff (60+ in pipeline) through social media, exhibitions and oversees travels; saving 8% vs. payroll budget. • Successful audits by investor and 2 regulatory authorities.

Reported to HR Manager, handling contact to 200+ staff in three locations of a global IT & Telecoms market leader. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations incl. benefits, employee relations, admin & payroll: • On-boarded 30+ employees from overseas by streamlining processes & raising awareness of involved stakeholders. • Visa transition for all staff and dependents (700+ visas) after change of legal entities. • Excellent satisfaction rates from staff & other departments.

Prepared and delivered 40+ trainings for various stakeholders on topics including HR, soft-skills, intercultural competence and leadership development for 6 to 100 participants from diverse backgrounds.

Reported to VPHR, supervised training area (250+ trainers, 50 locations) of German branches of a multinational NGO. Managed strategic initiatives to ensure meeting the evolving L&D demands of the organization: • Designed, prepared & conducted 13 basic and advanced ‘Train the Trainer’ seminars (each 5-6 days, 8-14 participants) • Created and oversaw 3 strategic task forces to initiate major changes to processes & education formats. • Implemented merit-based seniority system using Gamification approach.
