 Prepare, examine, or analyse accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards  Updating financial record using QuickBooks Accounting Software  Prepares payment by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursement  Preparing financial report in accordance with IFRS standard

 Posting daily transaction using QuickBooks  Reconciling Bank Statement  Preparation of monthly staff salary and PAYE  Preparation of monthly Income and Expenditure Account  Partake in preparation of financial report in accordance with IFRS standard  Any other duty as assigned by the Finance Manager

 Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in branches, offices, or departments of establishments.  Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.  Recruit staff members and oversee training programs.  Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.  Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.  Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

 Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.  Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.  Provide internal auditing services for businesses or individuals.  Any other work assigned by the Chief Internal Auditor
