David Schroeter

A softball coach organizes, instructs, trains and leads softball players. The coach holds practices and is responsible for equipment and supplies. He uses his knowledge of softball to determine which exercises, drills and techniques to teach. Coaches evaluate athletes to devise a competitive game strategy, manages the team during a game and motivates athletes to play and train hard.

As elected representatives of the university athlets, the coordinators advocate voluntary for the interests of their sport and make the connection between the athlets and coaches , the sports department and the university sports center. They are involved in the planning of the sports program, supervise the competitive teams and are a consultative committee in college sports.
